Hello, I am a Certified Life Coach with training from the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT). The International Coaching Federation accredits ILCT.
In 2004, I wrote my first book “Lessons in Buoyancy”, published by Revell. I am the co-creator of a series of books for Moms, and the author of “7 Reasons to be Grateful You Are The Mother of a Blended Family." My “Run Like a Girl” gift book is due to be released in July of 2009 by Howard Books, Simon & Schuster. Fluent Life’s mission is to reconnect you to God’s big picture and help you write the next chapter in your story. Years ago, my grandpa wrote me letters, from the big picture window of his South Dakota farmhouse. That view inspired and grounded him. What I learned from those letters was how important the big picture is to happiness and vision for our lives. Often it is the loss of this perspective that paralyzes and distorts our view and makes us accept less. From my big picture window you would see that my work has always been play. My motto in life is: “If it’s not fun, I’m not doing it.” I believe that humor is the pre-requisite to creativity and success and that the seeds for any accomplishment in my life can be linked back to a joyful child hood moment.
